MyCase for Better Coordination
Today we’re taking an important step in the evolution of Care Remedy. Over the past several years, our team has supported tens of thousands of seniors and individuals with disabilities through services such as transitional assistance, housing support, home care, and transportation.
As we grew, we realized something important: the systems available to coordinate these services were not designed for the complexity of real human care. So we built our own.

MyCase is designed to help care teams manage the full journey of support — from intake and assessments to transportation, housing assistance, documentation, billing, and service coordination.
The goal is simple: Better coordination → Better outcomes → More independence for the people we serve.
