Housing search
We search subsidized, senior, disability and rent-based-on-income housing, including Section 8, MRVP and public housing through local housing authorities.
Applications done right
We build complete application packets, gather core documents and track every application so priority openings are never missed.
Priority vacancies
When a priority unit opens, we move fast and submit a complete packet as soon as possible.
Move-in support
We help line up rent, deposits and household setup so the new home is ready on move-in day.
Services in place
We connect home health aides, Personal Care Management, transportation and assistive technology before and after the move.
One coordinated record
Every search, application and visit is logged in MyCase, so case managers always know where things stand.

Four steps home
Referral
A case manager, social worker or family member sends us a referral.
Housing plan
We meet the person, review needs and income, and choose the right housing programs.
Search and apply
We submit applications, follow up with housing authorities and respond to openings.
Move and settle
We coordinate the move and the supports that help the person stay home.
