Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently at home and take part in their community.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
• Help with community outings, appointments, and social activities
• Follow each person's support plan and promote choice and independence
• Administer medications if MAP certified
• Document daily progress and report incidents

What you need

• High school diploma or GED
• MAP certification a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a CORI background check
