Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing visits under RN supervision
• Administer and manage medications
• Monitor vital signs and health status and report changes
• Educate clients and families on care routines
• Document visits accurately

What you need

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
