Occupational Therapist (OT)

Run functional evaluations and home safety assessments, and recommend the support and equipment clients need.

What you'll do

• Complete OT functional evaluations, including for the MassHealth PCA program
• Assess home safety and recommend modifications and equipment
• Recommend assistive technology and adaptive tools
• Write clear evaluation reports and support care planning

What you need

• Active Massachusetts OT license
• Home health or community experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
