Yes. Runs from Quincy into Boston hospitals are routine. Allow extra time for traffic on the expressway, especially for morning appointments, and book as far ahead as you can for recurring treatment like infusion or radiation.

Do you wait during my procedure or come back?

Either. For shorter appointments the driver usually waits. For longer procedures we schedule a return and stay in contact with you or the facility so the timing works. Say which you want when you book.

I have MassHealth. Does that cover this?

It depends on the service and your plan. Care Remedy holds a MassHealth Personal Care Management contract and can talk you through what your coverage includes, what the PCA program covers, and what would be private pay. Call and ask before you assume you cannot afford it.

Can a family member ride along?

Yes. There is seating for a spouse, adult child, or caregiver alongside the wheelchair position at no extra charge.
